What am I paying for?
Builder time: assembly, cable work, tuning, testing, and packing your finished PC. You supply all hardware.
Can I choose DHL or UPS if they cost more?
Yes. DHL Express and UPS are premium; we quote your chosen product (e.g. DHL Express 9:00 or UPS Express Access Point) and ship that way once you approve.
How do I pay?
Payment is made through Stripe Checkout right after booking.
Typical turnaround?
Most builds ship 3–5 business days after all parts are received.
What if something is incompatible?
We pause, explain, and work with you on replacements before continuing.
Progress updates?
Yes—status and photos at key stages.
Insured return?
Available; we align coverage with the carrier you pick.
Book your build
Reserve a builder and package. When you submit, we email the full booking to hello@gameforge-systems.com, then you complete payment in Stripe Checkout. After payment we send our ship-to address, packing list, and confirm your return carrier and service (GLS, PostNord, DHL Express tier, or UPS product).
